Captain and P.A.D.I Certified Dive Master Carlos Spragge has 10 years of experience diving in Golfo de Chiriqui. He began diving at age 7 in Colombia and has been guiding tours through-out the gulf for over 7 years.

The M/V Miss Bess operates out of Boca Chica, Panama with 1-7 day tours to Islas Secas, Ladrones, Coiba, Bolaños, and Gamez. The diving in this region is spectacular, with normal sightings of huge schools of pelagic fish, whales, and sharks.

I spent over 2 hours in the water and saw a stingray feeding, several giant parrot fish chomping on rocks, at least 20 varieties of fish I couldn’t identify.
